Initiatives

OARS strives to collaborate, where possible, with towns and other groups on projects to benefit rivers in the watershed. Recent collaborative projects include:

Fish Stocking with Concord Outfitters and Trout Unlimited

Stream Identification Signs with towns of the watershed.

Through collaboration with Friends of Saxonville, and with support from a local donor and the Wild & Scenic River Stewardship Council, OARS was able to add an educational panel about raptors to the Danforth Street Bridge kiosk on the Sudbury River in Framingham.
