Back for the 11th season!
These free, outdoor, community workshops offer children ages 6-10 a fun, hands-on chance to explore rivers, creatures, water conservation, and much more in our watersheds.

July 7, 8: Your Watershed and the Water Cycle
July 14, 15: Water Plants and Animals
July 21, 22: Water Bugs Mystery THIS WEEK
July 28, 29: Water Testing and Conservation
August 4, 5: Water Wise Photography
August 11, 12: Water Wise Wizards

Workshops will be held once a week from July 7th to August 12th in each of the following towns:

Become a Citizen Scientist!
A free, hands-on, waterside workshop for children ages 6 and up and their parents.

Water quality monitoring is core to OARS' science-based advocacy work. This workshop gives families a chance to experience science in action! Measure pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, turbidity and learn what makes a healthy river for our fish and other wildlife.
